How It Works

Step 1 - 10 mins

Hand each player 10 printed envelopes (which we provide).

Step 2 - 10 mins

Each player addresses each of their envelopes with the name of a person (or business) they feel might be willing to sponsor your team for the upcoming season. These names and addresses are used for YOUR FUNDRAISER ONLY and will NOT be shared with any other organization of any kind.

Step 3 - 5 mins

Send these envelopes back to our office (we provide postage.)

Step 4

We professionally print, and place a SPONSORSHIP PACKET in every envelope - including:

  • Custom Printed Personalized Sponsorship Letter (with player’s name)
  • Explanation of reason for Fundraiser
  • Invitation to come watch your team play
  • Custom Printed Pocket Schedule of your upcoming season
  • “No pressure” Invitation to become a Financial Team Sponsor
  • Sponsorship Pledge Form
  • We print, and provide a return envelope addressed to your mailbox at school.
  • We provide the postage for EVERY Sponsorship Packet and send them out.

NOTE: WE PAY FOR ALL OF THIS – IT DOES NOT COME OUT OF YOUR 60% PROFITS!

Step 5

The Return Envelopes with the money and Pledge Forms enclosed, show up in your mailbox at school.

Step 6 - 5 mins

You keep the money, and send the Pledge Forms to us (we provide postage).

Step 7

We use the Pledge Forms to print, provide, and send EVERY contributing Sponsor a THANK YOU PACKET – including:

  • Custom Printed Personalized Thank You letter for their contribution (with the Player’s Name)
  • Explanation of what the money will be going towards
  • Custom Printed “Team Contributor” Car Window Sticker
  • Tax Deduction Contribution Verification Form.
  • Invitation to come see all Sponsor names on the 2ft. by 2.5ft. framed/customized Posterboard THANK YOU SIGN next season (we design, print, and ship this to you).
  • We professionally print and provide the postage for EVERY Thank You Packet and send them out

NOTE: WE PAY FOR ALL OF THIS – IT DOES NOT COME OUT OF YOUR 60% PROFITS!

Upon Completion Of The Fundraiser

  • 60% STAYS WITH YOU
  • 30% GOES TOWARD EXPENSES (envelopes, return envelopes, Sponsor letters, printing, pocket schedules, car window stickers, Thank You letters, Thank You sign, shipping, and ALL POSTAGE)
  • 10% GOES TOWARD 4REVS LABOR (All Fundraising Program organization, Sponsorship Packet processing, Thank You Packet processing, shipping processing, all design work, all printing, and developement of final Contributor Spreadsheet for your records)

** 2 IMPORTANT NOTES **

  1. You ONLY pay 4Revs for all expenses and Labor costs (40% total) AFTER the Fundraiser is over = NO UP FRONT COSTS FOR YOU!
  2. If the Fundraiser is unsuccessful and receives very little return, then 4REVS TAKES THE LOSS! You still keep 60% = NO RISK FOR YOU!
